Gowrie prides itself on its ability to retain management, administrative, care and teaching staff on a long term basis by encouraging career advancement at every level of service. Gowrie NSW provides a strong professional development program for employees, with many staff supported to obtain or upgrade formal qualifications by attending short courses, seminars and conferences in relevant subjects.
