To become a member you will need to fill in the membership form below, print it out and sign it and then fax it with credit card information to Children's Services Central on 02 8922 6445 or post with a cheque to building 21, 142 Addison Rd., Marrickville 2204

There are a few conditions of Library membership that you need to know about.

  • Membership of the General Resource Library is for services only, not individuals. You can join on behalf of your service, and if so you will assume responsibility for any items that are borrowed for use in the service.
  • Requests can be made to borrow items by telephone 02 8345 7624, fax 02 9313 7255, email librry@gowrie-sydney.com.au or on-line. These can be mailed out at no cost to your service or collected from the Library.
  • Loans are normally for three weeks but can be varied according to need or resource type, eg. videos are generally only available for one week. This can be discussed with the librarian on (02) 8345 7624.
  • Membership is annual and costs $44.00 (inc. GST)
