This service delivers a range of information for the benefit of employees whose company / organisation pays an access fee.

This is a personal child care and family related service.


  • We have a comprehensive data base of all children's services in NSW as well as other related resources.
  • We provide information for birth to 18 years of age.
  • Our early childhood experienced and qualified staff will research areas of interest or concern.
  • We will investigate childcare vacancies in any particular area and monitor planned new child care services about to open in any given area.
  • We will come and talk to employees at their workplace on requested topics, such as school holidays activities or transition to school etc.
  • We send out monthly relevant news bulletins and have many written resources on a variety of topics.




The employer receives quarterly comprehensive reports which do not identify individual employees, but give an overview of the type of care/information their employees are seeking and how successful this has been.

It also re-affirms that a support service such as ours is beneficial to both the employee and the employer.

The consulting package includes advice on the:

  • Financial Viability (budgets & staff rosters)
  • Resource Materials
  • Additional consultations on request
