[b]Inclusion Support Agencies (ISAs)[/b] have been established as part of the Australian Government program to assist child care services to include children with particular needs and to create high quality care environments inclusive of all children.
The [b]teams consist of a network of skilled Inclusion Support Facilitators (ISFs)[/b] who will work at the local level with child care services. They will provide practical advice and facilitate access to a range of relevant supports to assist child care services to respond to the needs of children in the priority groups: [bulletlist: Disc; Indent Once; Arial 14 Black]
Children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including refugee children and Australian South Sea Islander children
Children with ongoing high support needs including children with a disability
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children

support services to develop, implement and sustain flexible, inclusive practices
assist services to link with relevant community groups, services and organisations
support services to work in partnership with families and support networks
assist child care services to identify professional development needs and opportunities
support services to engage in ongoing reflective and quality improvement practices.
